Shipping:
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9 (AUD). Most of customers receive their parcels within 7 business days, however please allow 4 weeks for delivery.
Return / Exchange:
Purchases must be returned within 14 days of the purchase having been received. Items must be returned via registered post, with a tracking number provided to us via e-mail, at the customer's expense.
Full-priced items purchased may be returned and refunded in store credit, provided that the conditions in this Policy are satisfied.
‘Sale’ or ‘markdown’ and 'scarf' items cannot be returned or refunded.
